Spicy Mayo Dressing

Creamy, tangy dressing with a spicy kick, perfect for bowls and wraps.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 10 g mayonnaiseHeinz
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegaror apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp chili flakescrushed
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
  3. Drizzle in sesame oil and add sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in crushed chili flakes and sesame seeds.
  5. Taste and adjust sriracha or soy sauce to your preference.
  6. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Make ahead: This dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.

Adjustments: Prefer it spicier? Add more sriracha. Less tangy? Reduce the vinegar slightly.
