Spicy Mayo Dressing
Creamy, tangy dressing with a spicy kick, perfect for bowls and wraps.

Ingredients
Dressing
- 60 g Greek yogurt
- 10 g mayonnaiseHeinz
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegaror apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp chili flakescrushed
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Method
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle in sesame oil and add sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in crushed chili flakes and sesame seeds.
- Taste and adjust sriracha or soy sauce to your preference.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Make ahead: This dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.
Adjustments: Prefer it spicier? Add more sriracha. Less tangy? Reduce the vinegar slightly.
