Frozen Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients
- 380 g frozen mango chunks
- 270 ml white rum(45 ml per serve)
- 135 ml fresh lime juice(22.5 ml per serve)
- 75 ml simple syrup(12.5 ml per serve, adjust to taste)
- 90 ml cold water(only as needed for blending)
- 1 pinch fine salt(optional but recommended)
Method
- Prepare the blender
- Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and 60 ml water to the Ninja pitcher.
- Add frozen mango
- Top with frozen mango chunks.
- Blend
- Run Frozen Drink program (or Blend setting) until smooth.
- Stop, scrape if needed, then run again for full consistency.
- Texture adjust
- Too thick → add water in 15 ml splashes and blend.
- Too thin → add more frozen mango and quick pulse.
- Taste and serve
- Adjust lime juice or syrup to taste.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
