Frozen Mango Daiquiri

No-ice frozen mango cocktail. Thick, cold, zero dilution.

Ingredients

  • 380 g frozen mango chunks
  • 270 ml white rum(45 ml per serve)
  • 135 ml fresh lime juice(22.5 ml per serve)
  • 75 ml simple syrup(12.5 ml per serve, adjust to taste)
  • 90 ml cold water(only as needed for blending)
  • 1 pinch fine salt(optional but recommended)

Method

  1. Prepare the blender
    • Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and 60 ml water to the Ninja pitcher.
  2. Add frozen mango
    • Top with frozen mango chunks.
  3. Blend
    • Run Frozen Drink program (or Blend setting) until smooth.
    • Stop, scrape if needed, then run again for full consistency.
  4. Texture adjust
    • Too thick → add water in 15 ml splashes and blend.
    • Too thin → add more frozen mango and quick pulse.
  5. Taste and serve
    • Adjust lime juice or syrup to taste.
    • Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Notes

Tweaking thickness: Closer to 400g mango + less water = slushier. Closer to 360g mango + more water = smoother, sippable.
