Mango Daiquiri

No-ice frozen mango cocktail. Thick, cold, zero dilution.

Ingredients

  • 130 g mangofrozen
  • 90 ml white rum
  • 45 ml lime juicefreshly squeezed
  • 30 ml simple syrup
  • 30 ml cold water
  • 1 pinch fine salt(optional but recommended)

Method

  1. Add liquid ingredients to the blender.
  2. Top with the frozen mango (or fresh mango with ice).
  3. Blend till smooth.
  4. Texture: if too thick, add 1 tbsp water; if too thin, add more frozen mango or ice; and pulse.
  5. Taste: adjust lime juice or syrup to taste.
  6. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Fresh mango: Swap frozen mango for ≈130g fresh mango and 1 cup ice. Result is slightly less thick.
